“My philosophy is not complicated or esoteric. I will develop a ‘coaching’ relationship with your office and will visit your office for staff meetings and seminars every month. I will have telephone meetings with you or your staff every week to 10 days. I am always available for unlimited questions and opinions. I do not use a ‘system’ or ‘cookie cutter’ approach. We will work together to solve your individual management problems. Each office is unique and different. Compensation is on a month-to-month basis with no contract or obligation.
