TempDaddy is a platform that connects healthcare professionals \u2013 including assistants, hygienists, and front desk personnel &#8211; with dental practices for temporary staffing engagements. This company offers an automated solution that allows dental offices to find quality staff on very short notice.<\/p>\n<p>The process is pretty amazing. TempDaddy is able to do this by supplying these professionals with a mobile app that allows them to instantly apply for jobs. That same app allows the dental office to review the qualifications of the applicant before they decide to hire the professional. This is a very attractive feature because the dental office controls the hiring process and not some staffing agency. According to the people I spoke with at TempDaddy, 80% of their assignments are filled either the same day or the next day.<\/p>\n<p>The costs are very reasonable compared to other companies in the field. TempDaddy charges a 25% &#8220;connection fee&#8221; for every hour that the professional works via their platform. But a major and important distinguishing feature is that they do not charge any buy-out fees if an office wants to hire a professional on a permanent basis. The only stipulation is that the professional must work through the TempDaddy platform for a minimum of 40 hours before they can be moved over to the office payroll.<\/p>\n<p>In doing research for this post, I Googled dental temporary staffing agencies and reviewed six or seven websites. I was completely unimpressed with how basic and elementary and dated they appeared. In direct contrast, the <a href=\"https:\/\/stynt.com\/\">TempDaddy website<\/a> is very 21st century &#8211; very interactive and easy to understand and navigate.<\/p>\n<p>TempDaddy is now available in 10 states in the Northeast with plans to expand nationwide.\u00a0Do yourself a favor and check out this company.
