A number of readers were kind enough to offer suggestions based on their own experiences.<\/p>\n<p>1. Offer user-friendly payment options that utilize outsourcing. I have become a big fan of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jodena.com\/blog\/lets-hear-it-for-transparency\/\">Lending Club<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>2. Be more convenient. Early morning and early evening hours along with some Saturdays are very much appreciated. As my friend Fred Joyal likes to say \u201c even banks don\u2019t work banker\u2019s hours anymore!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>3. Make it easy for patients to read and write Google reviews.<\/p>\n<p>4. Continuously <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jodena.com\/blog\/changing-rules\/\">upgrade and amplify your website.<\/a> A prominent online presence is an absolute necessity.<\/p>\n<p>5. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jodena.com\/blog\/staying-on-time\/\">Respect people\u2019s time.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>6. Offer an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jodena.com\/blog\/answer-right-eyes\/\">in-house membership plan<\/a> for patients without dental insurance.<\/p>\n<p>While you should always implement as many ideas and strategies to separate your practice from the competition, it has become increasingly important to do so in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jodena.com\/blog\/gut-checking-time\/\">the recent dental insurance environment <\/a>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jodena.com\/blog\/this-could-be-your-worst-nightmare\/\">A wake-up call<\/a>, if you must. Be sure to also read the <a href=\"http:\/\/sethgodin.typepad.com\/seths_blog\/2014\/05\/the-tyranny-of-lowest-price.html\">post<\/a> that Seth Godin published way back in May 2014 about the futility of trying to be the cheapest.
